Your orders are delivered via courier to the address you provide. In-store pickup option is not available.

Yes, you can make payments using a debit card. Please note that for purchases made with a debit card, the refund process may take longer depending on your bank’s procedures.

We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. However, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is unused and the tag is still attached, and place a new order for the item you wish to receive instead.
