ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER via www.mialora.com.tr, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The BUYER declares that they have reviewed and accepted all preliminary information including seller details, product features, price, payment method, delivery conditions, and right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 4 – SELLER’S OBLIGATIONS

The product shall be delivered within 14 days, intact and in accordance with the order.
Delivery obligation ends if payment is not completed.
SELLER is not responsible for system or pricing errors.

ARTICLE 5 – BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

The BUYER accepts all contract terms by placing an order and agrees to payment, return conditions, and data processing under applicable laws.

ARTICLE 6 – FORCE MAJEURE

In case of force majeure, the BUYER may cancel, postpone, or request a replacement. Refunds are processed within 10 days.

ARTICLE 7 – WARRANTY

Defective products may be returned for repair under warranty conditions.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery.
Returned products must be unused and sent with the original invoice.

ARTICLE 10 – JURISDICTION

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s or SELLER’s residence are authorized.
