CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

GENERAL:

By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as all other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

Shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within 30 days, provided that this legal time limit is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the features specified in the order, along with documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals, if available.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation and refund the total amount within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:

If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the payment was made using the buyer’s credit card by unauthorized persons, and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product amount to the seller, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days. The return shipping cost shall be borne by the seller.

DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

If unforeseeable force majeure circumstances occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, and payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. If paid by credit card, the refund is processed within 14 days but the bank may reflect it to the buyer’s account within 2–3 weeks.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the product/service before accepting delivery and should not accept damaged or defective products (e.g. crushed, broken, torn packaging) from the shipping company. Products accepted will be deemed undamaged and intact. The buyer is responsible for preserving the product carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used. The original invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract without providing any reason and without any legal or penal liability, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or the designated person/address, by notifying the seller via the contact details below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

For services, the 14-day period starts from the date of contract. If service performance begins with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Withdrawal-related costs are covered by the seller.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by written notice via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days. The product must be unused and comply with the conditions under the “Products Not Eligible for Return” section.

HOW TO USE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

• The invoice must be returned with the product. If the invoice is issued in the name of a company, a return invoice must also be issued.

• The return form, box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be returned completely and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

Upon receipt of the withdrawal notification, the seller must refund the full amount and cancel any documents that place the buyer under obligation within 10 days, and must accept the return of the product within 20 days.

If the product value decreases due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer must compensate the seller accordingly. However, changes due to proper use during the withdrawal period will not be considered a fault.

If the buyer's use of the withdrawal right brings the order total below the campaign threshold, the discount obtained through the campaign will be canceled.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Undergarments, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, and makeup products

• Perishable goods or products with an expiry date

• Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and cannot be returned due to health or hygiene concerns

• Goods that have been mixed with other products and cannot be separated by their nature

• Newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals (excluding subscription contracts)

• Digital services performed immediately or intangible goods delivered instantly

• Software, books, digital content, CDs/DVDs/USBs whose packaging has been opened

• Stationery and consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) if used or unsealed

• Services started before the end of the withdrawal period with the consumer’s consent

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they accept responsibility to pay interest to the bank under their credit card agreement and to cover any legal expenses. In the case of default, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for all damages and losses incurred due to the delayed performance.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:

You can make payments via Bank Transfer or EFT to our bank accounts in (TL) at ……… Bank, ……… branch.

You can also use credit cards for single or installment payments on our website. Once your online order is complete, the amount will be charged to your credit card.
